Product Description

Applicable Scope
Need pendent wire supporting when aerial installation. Mechanical and electric performance of cable are stable under -30º C-60º C condition, suitable for non-tooth type animal area.

Conductor
Anneal bare copper wire. Conductor dia is 0.32mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm, 0.60mm, 0.80mm.

Insulation Material
Polyethylene or polypropylene. The color is according to whole color code standard.

Insulation Wire Pairs
Every two PCS of core to be twisted into a pair in different lay length, reduce crosstalk to the minimum and provided color code association for distinguisb.

Core Structure
25 pairs as basic unit, cable over 25 pairs combined in unit, every unit to be wrapped by colorred binding tape for identification, cable over 100 pairs with additional 1% reserved pairs, but no more than 6 pairs.

Core Binder
Wrapping longitudinally or helically a polyester film or other non-hygroscopic material outside the core.

Screen
Besides wrapping longitudiarlly plastic-AL-plastic tape outside the core, the tape to be overlapped & bonbed.

Sheath
Black Iow density (or linear Iow density) polyethylene.

Identification & Length Mark
The identification is marked on the cable surface with an interval not Ionger than 1 meter, including conductor diameter, pairs, model. Manufacturer or code and date of production.
